I wrote this some time ago. There are two scripts, one to produce a .csv file and one to produce a web page. You can optionally check for a printer web interface as well.

It uses the prnadmin.dll from the Windows 2003 Tools pack. Full instructions in the zip.

We have a number of print servers and lots of queues at my workplace, so it comes in handy.

PS. I hate printers...
